Blur Image does not always work

Hi,
I think I already reported this, but it cannot find the issue again. I have problems when rending some images with the blur effect.
Especially using this as a source image:
This is my template identifier:
fast-orcs-wave-smoothly-1323
It works for some images, but for others it doesnt. And I have no idea why. With my test image it will never work. Why?

Thanks for the fix, it works now!
Can you tell me why the blur effect is not available in the beta editor? It feels like the beta editor templates (that I created about a year ago) are only supported for legacy reasons and the beta editor is now older than the "normal" editor. Is that correct?
It would be nice to somehow convert those templates, as they are missing some features (like the blur) but I dont want to recreate them. At least it would be nice to have some more context about the status of the beta editor.

Also why does the beta editor not support blur effects? Is the beta editor even still in use/development? I still have some important templates in this editor.
